Especially better at separating the egg yolk from the white using just the egg shells while keeping the entire yolk intact.
Ah! I baked french macarons today with Vanessa while we were doing our Facing essay. It was my first time and I was glad it turned out so beautiful and delicious! It was all made from scratch too!
